The 5-star Boutique hotel ‘’Londa’’ located in the center of Limassol began the process of converting the hotel into Luxurious beachfront Residences ‘’Londa Residences’’ consisting of 7 floors that include 28 apartments with uninterrupted sea views. LLC holds the exclusivity on all sales of the Londa Residences.
